Plaque 10: The Hall House, 96 High St

The Hall House 96 High Street was for many years known as ‘Bourne House’, due to Bourne’s shop that used to occupy the middle property. The row was restored during the 1980s and the timber frame on 96 High Street has been wonderfully preserved. The row received Grade II listed building status in November 1986.
